My Thoughts On Writing:

Food reflects our experiences, our culture, our memories. When I discovered memoirs by Laurie Colwin, James Beard, and M.F.K. Fisher, I was captivated by how their lives—so different from mine—felt deeply relatable because of the food. That's the magic of food writing: it creates connections between people who might never meet, building relationships through shared experiences at the table. It's why I love this work—helping people tell their stories and make those connections. I believe every good book makes the world a better place for someone who reads it.
